Cel-shaded anime rendering: clean uniform outlines enclosing flat colour fields, with exactly two hard tonal steps per surface and no soft blending. Strong rim light and crisp specular accents on hair and metal; simple graphic highlights instead of modelled rendering. Palette is saturated and punchy in a 90s city-pop register — hot pink, cyan, teal, violet, acid green — clashing confidently with warm cream skin tones. Retro-tech plastic housings, CRT-screen glow, laminated signage shapes and soft clutter fill the frame. Composition is busy but graphic, often a close mid-shot with a dense flat backdrop of layered shapes and glowing blocks. Absolutely no readable text: no Japanese or latin lettering, brand marks, logos or on-screen characters.
