Mixed-Media Zine

DIY punk-zine collage: cut-and-paste assembly of torn photographs, newsprint fragments and hand-drawn elements on a gritty paper ground, reproduced through high-contrast photocopying. Stark black-and-white xerographic grain, toner speckle, coarse halftone dots and smudged greys; slightly crooked overlapping paste-ups with visible scissor and torn-paper edges. One or two flat overprinted accent colors (for example acid orange or yellow) screened or brushed over the monochrome base. Hand-scrawled marker hatching and rough stencil-like marks; deliberately unpolished, uneven, urgent layout with no smooth gradients. The medium's crude immediacy is the aesthetic.
